Royal Sunset Lily
The first bloom of my Royal Sunset Asiatic Lily. I'm excited more and more with each burst of color, and really thought I would be pleased if the garden would bloom together, but now it's becoming more clear. I would miss this anticipation that there's more to come, it's as if they're telling me to take my time to appreciate every little detail, one bloom at a time, because it really makes the artistry that much more delectable. Maybe next year they can burst open in sync, but for now I will just...enjoy. Comments
